People have a fundamental need for transformation. We are wired for growth and healing. And we are wired for self-righting, and resuming impeded growth. We are shaped by a deep desire to be known, seen, and recognized, as we strive to come into contact with parts of ourselves that are frozen.

MA, Licensed Psychologist

For 30+ years, I have been providing individual and group psychotherapy for adults. Even when we are suffering, all of us have innate capacities for healing and growth, especially when we have access to a safe and attuned environment.

Therefore, my initial focus is to regard clients with respect, empathy, and openness. This is the foundation for establishing a therapeutic alliance that will lead to healing and growth.

I specialize in providing therapy for:

  • Grief/Loss/Life Transitions
  • Trauma
  • First responders (Police, Firefighters, EMT’s, Corrections)
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Stress management/growth

I use a variety of treatment approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in order to help clients achieve their goals.

Transformation begins here.
