For 30+ years, I have been providing individual and group psychotherapy for adults. Even when we are suffering, all of us have innate capacities for healing and growth, especially when we have access to a safe and attuned environment.
Therefore, my initial focus is to regard clients with respect, empathy, and openness. This is the foundation for establishing a therapeutic alliance that will lead to healing and growth.
